14-1635 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1415-0009 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and Turner Group Construction, Oakland, CA, for the latter, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to perform demolition of thirteen (13) portables in two locations at Fremont High School in conjunction with the Various Sites Portable Demolition Project, with work to be completed within Thirty consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed, in the amount of $451,462.00.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
