14-1481 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1314-1158 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and Stronger Building Services, Hayward, CA, for the latter as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to remove existing gutters, downspouts' and roofing components and install new gutters and downspouts' though-out; remove and install existing HVAC equipment with new duct works, electrical and related conduits on new roofs at the Administrative and Kindergarten Building in conjunction with the Thornhill Elementary School Roof Replacement Project for the period commencing with work to be completed within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed, with all work being completed by June 25, 2015, in the amount of $244,500.00.
