14-1455 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KCP, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide programming, research, field survey, mapping, boundary survey, and topographic survey, in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Expansion-New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing June 25, 2014 and concluding no later than June 25, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $30,440.00.
