14-1073 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Critical Juncture, LLC, Mill Valley, CA, for the latter to provide services to 1) build the CHKS database, including cross-walking questions and creating a master key; and 2) create a web interface to visualize the data; provide technical assistance and website hosting, for Health's Services, via the Family, School, and Community Partnerships Department, for the period of March 18, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
