14-0596 Ratification by the Board of Education Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Beverly McCleave-Watkins, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 46.87 additional hours of service to provide supplemental instructional services for eligible and identified private school students, focus on instruction that improves academic achievement in the focus areas of English Language Arts and/or Mathematics, in the additional amount not to exceed $3.047.00, increasing the Contract not to amount from $6,319.28 to $9,366.28, for the period of February 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of Contract remain in full force and effect.
