14-0372 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services for the 93 students served daily, increasing program services, using Menu of Service Option H: Day Time Academic Support, for students and families at Reach Academy, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 22, 2014, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $93,960.00 to $108,960.00. All other terms and conditions of the ISA remains in full force and effect.
