14-0188 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Andrea Nobles, Oakland, CA, for the latter to ensure that all elements and aspects of the annual oratorical fest are conducted in a professional manner and that every student is provided an opportunity to participate; provide efficient and proper communication to each school site about the event; administer the Regional and Finals competition and to provide support to each school site with administering its site competition; serve as designated contact for the District, venues, participants, and school sites, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
