14-0034 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Gelfand Partners, San Francisco, CA, for the former to provide latter Division of State Architect Architects fees, reimbursables and the latter to provide Civil Engineering survey and plans to tie into existing water, sewer and electrical services in conjunction with the Whittier Interim Housing Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $6,775.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $31,200.00 to $37,450.00 and extending the Contract date of April 24, 2013 through December 31, 2013 to February 1, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
