14-0042 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1314-0078 - Amendment No. 1 - Local Agreement for Child Development Services, Contract No. CSPP-3019, California State Preschool Program, Project No. 01-6125-00-3 between District and the California Department of Education, accepting funds for the California Preschool Program operated by the Early Childhood Education Department for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in the additional amount of $151,695.00, increasing the Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) from $10,241,810.00 to10,393,505.00, pursuant to terms and conditions herein. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
