14-0073 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Olivia Higgins, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide 200 hours of technical assistance and training in the development of an anti-bulling toolkit to address bulling in District schools in alignment with federal anti-discrimination laws and other services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, under the supervision of the District Violence Prevention Program Manager, for the period from October 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
