13-2914 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Jason Rasheed Richard, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide lifelong problem solving skills to pupils that support them in middle and high school so that they can graduate from college; fun, exciting and reduction in conflicts to increase attendance and support kids to not only love school but love to love recess and increase attendance to 99%; reach internship age they will be problem solvers and be more valuable employees; prevention: less injuries, less fights, less depression, more happiness and exercise, fighting obesity and increasing happiness at Chabot Elementary School, for the period September 9, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $36,000.00.
