13-2742 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Monterey Mechanical, Oakland, CA, for credit due to unused contingency allowance funds are owned to OUSD in conjunction with the Chabot Caldecott Tunnel Air Quality Grant, in the amount of ($24,561.00) , decreasing the Agreement from $348,540.00 to $323,979.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
