13-2736 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and AON Fire Protection Engineering Corporation, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide designing of fire, intrusion and combination alarm systems for existing and new schools, reviewing design plans of these systems designed by other design consultants, participating in the observation of the systems being installed as well as during the final testing the systems, in conjunction with the District-wide Various Fire Alarm Repair Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing December 11, 2013 and concluding no later than December 31, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
