13-2694 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Hatchuel, Tabernik & Associates, Inc. (HTA), Berkeley, CA, for the latter to assist the District's After School Programs Office to plan and prepare a competitive 21st Century ASSETS grant application for the California Department of Education's 21st CCLC Cohort 9 grant competition; work in partnership with the District's After School Programs Office to plan and develop a complete grant application package, including grant narratives for the Core, Equitable Access, and Family Literacy grants, grant budgets and budget narratives, private school consultation narrative, Memorandums of Understanding and Letters of Agreement, and forms and attachments required by the CA Department of Education; assist in editing and reviewing grant narratives developed by the District's After School Programs Office; provide quality assurance, and assist in on-line submission and packaging and submission of hard copies of the grant application, for the period of October 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $12,004.00.
