13-2654 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with W.A. Thomas Company, Inc., Martinez, CA, for errors and omissions credit because the contractor drawing did not show detail for construction at the intersection new footing and existing footing; field weld steel buckets to colums (B Line) in conjunction with the Arroyo Viejo CDC Renovation Project, in the amount of ($142,087.00), decreasing the Agreement from $2,855,000.00 to $2,712,913.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
