13-2623 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3 to Construction Contract with W.A. Thomas Company, Inc., Martinez, CA, to latter to provide fire rated wall-head detail; provide sink faucet; additonal AC paving; install cast iron cleanout tees at rainwater to storm drain in conjunction with the Arroyo Viejo CDC Renovation Project in the additional amount of $26,678.00, increasing the Agreement from $2,725,416.00 to $2,752,094.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
