13-2622 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2 to Construction Contract with W.A. Thomas Company, Inc., Martinez, CA, for the latter to change pass-through window model from SW 1800 to DW 1800; provide revised tie connection details along B line per RFI #33; reinforcing and dowelling details for new concrete curbs in conjunction with the Arroyo Viejo CDC Renovation Project, in the additional amount of $12,503.00, increasing the Agreement from $2,712,913.00 to $2,725,416.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
