13-2626 Ratification by the Board of Education of an Agreement between District and Finkbeiner and Associates, Orinda, CA, for the latter to support the further alignment of Business and Operations to the Strategic Plan by developing and implementing a survey and analysis of the survey of strategic senior managers in the District, with the goal of providing information to the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent about process and organizational structure improvements, for the term October 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, at a cost not to exceed $35,000.00.
