13-2556 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Public Profit, Oakland, CA, for the latter to 1) create an evaluation plan with input from staff leads; 2) develop an observation rubric in collaboration with wellness track leads; 3) develop and field end of session participant survey regarding the Health and Wellness Program, through the Family, Schools, and Community Partnerships Department, for the period of September 2, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $13,549.90.
