13-2526 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Linda Todd, Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to work an average of 12 hours per week as needed performing the functions as Audit Team Manager, overseeing the full financial and compliance audit of the District's 2011-12 fiscal year audit; coordinate meetings with independent external auditor, act as lead at the meetings; contact istrict administrators and collect requested documentation by independent external auditor; review and monitor documentation of the SharePoint files; and handle all administration of the audit process and work closely with all Audit Team members, for the period of August 21, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $49,985.00.
