13-2586 Ratification by the Board of Education of an Agreement between the District, for the benefit of Frick Middle School, and the YMCA of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to partner with said school to provide youth development and healthy living services, including obesity prevention and family nights, for the term of October 1, 2013 through June 12, 2014 at no cost to the District.
