13-2562 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a range of services to leverage efforts at transforming Alliance Academy into a Full Service Community School, in five main areas in the Scope of Work: 1) increase bilingual communications; 2) fundraise, 3) support a family engagement initiative; 4) augment OUSD Restorative Justice efforts as a part of creating positive behavioral intervention support (PBIS), and 5) augment student and staff access to learning materials and resources to support District's shift to the Common Core State Standards from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $90,330.00.
