13-2553 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a range of services to leverage efforts at transforming Alliance Academy into a Full Service Community School, in four main areas in the Scope of Work: 1) increase bilingual communications; 2) fundraise, 3) support a family engagement initiative; 4) augment District Restorative Justice efforts as a part of creating positive behavioral intervention support (PBIS), and 5) augment student and staff access to learning materials and resources to support District's shift to the Common Core State Standards, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $69,846.00.
