13-2370 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to review RFI's and determine that their contents are consistent with the intent of the approved construction documents, in conjunction with the Highland New Classroom Building Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing October 23, 2013 and concluding no later than October 9, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
