13-2365 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide alternative Division of State Architect close out procedures for previous Modernization project in conjunction with the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,200.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $29,800.00 to $38,000.00 and extending the Contract date of August 12, 2012 through November 1, 2013 to January 2, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
