13-2364 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Lease Agreement between District and Mobile Modular Management Corp., Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide custom ramp for one building needed because of the existing asphalt transition problem on site in conjunction with the Whittier Interim Housing Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,934.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $54,220.00 to $63,154.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
