13-2362 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Comtel Systems Technology, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, for the latter to remove the (E) cable from the (E) conduits but were too brittle and snapped inside the (E) conduits at several locations in conjunction with the Garfield Telephone / Intercom / Pagers / Clock Systems Project in the amount of $2,964.05, increasing the Agreement from $174,676.02 to $177,640.07. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
