13-2290 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Purchase Order between District and Intelli-Tech, Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to provide additional Scope of Work to include Oakland plan check fee, submittal and inspection services in conjunction with the La Escuelita Educational Complex Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,426.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $33,072.00 to $37,318.00 and extending the Contract date of June 14, 2011 through December 14, 2011 to August 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
