13-2285 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with American Air Conditioning Plumbing and Heating, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide credit for unused portion of AED; E3 Systems completed the work per OUSD Facilities in conjunction with the Castlemont, Oakland Tech Retro Commissioning Project in the amount of (-$9,439.00), decreasing the Agreement from $261,500.00 to $252,061.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
