13-2283 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with A&E Emaar, CA, for the latter to provide 72 calendar day extension in conjunction with the Downtown Educational Complex-Auto Shop Relocation Project, extending the end date from November 22, 2011 to January 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
