13-2282 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with A&E Emaar, CA, for the latter to provide for the extension of the exterior fence located on Union Street to accommodate the transformer; contractor to provide three (3) down draft mechanical grills at the Cole Hot Site Room in conjunction with the Downtown Educational Complex-Cole Mechanical Project in the amount of $2,456.00, increasing the Agreement from $118,100.00 to $120,556.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
