13-2281 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with A&E Emaar, Albany, CA, for the latter to provide temporary CAT-6 cables required at each teacher's station until the forty-eight (48) port switch is installed and the twelve (12) strand fiber can be installed; unused allowance funds are owned by OUSD in conjunction with the Havenscourt Campus Phase I Temporary Classroom Project in the amount of ($34,464.81), decreasing the Agreement from $350,000.00 to $315,515.81. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
