13-1958 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to the Community Based Organization Master Contract between the District and the County of Alameda, thru its Public Health Department, Oakland, CA, for the latter to reduce providing additional coordination and facilitation of the campaign in five East Oakland schools for water stations, water bottles and site wellness champions for water awareness education provided to all after school wellness learning community participants and all site wellness champions; continued support for parent and student engagement around the OUSD Wellness Policy revision and a summer wellness conference decreasing the Contract by $40,000.00, from $80,000.00 to $40,000.00, and extending the contract period of January 1, 2013 through August 31, 2013 to September 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
