13-1965 Discussion/Agreements between Board and Superintendent regarding Imminent Governance Issues - 2013-2014 including but not limited to the following: 1. Agreement on a course of action to facilitate improved practices for Board/Superintendent communications and constituent services. 2. Discussion of areas of agreement, points of significant difference, and outlier views regarding the Board's work performance, and determine steps to address key points of difference. 3. Discussion of proposed updated Board and Superintendent work plan objectives for FY 13-14. 4. Understanding best practices for an urban superintendent search process; and . 5. Agreement on a framework, with specific steps and a timeline, for the Superintendent search.
