12-3100 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Agreement for Professional Services Contract between the District and Michael Willis & Associates, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform professional services to coordinate services provided by the intrusion alarm consultant (AON Fire Protection) which includes design services and construction administration for the replacement of the Intrusion Alarm in conjunction with the Calvin Simmons Health Center Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $5,614.92, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $135,797.00 to $141,411.92 and extending the Contract period of April 30, 2008 through December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
