12-3099 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Professional Services Facilities Contract between the District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform additional Division of State Architect Inspection in conjunction with the Oakland High School Modernization Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $19,440.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $758,160.00 to $777,600.00 and extending the Contract period of January 12, 2009 through December 31, 2011 to May 2, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
