12-3090 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement For Professsional Services between District and ZFA Structural Engineers, San Francisco, CA, to reimbruse or to provide funding to the latter for Division of State Architect administrative fees for OPSC review and negotiation in conjunction with the Montera Seismic Retrofit AB300 Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $18,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $63,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
