12-3087 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No, 3, Professional Services Contract between District and SCA Environmental, Oakland, CA, to provide additional funding for the certified monitoring of hazardous materials removal of asbestos and lead paint in conjunction with the Chabot Caldecott Tunnel Air Quality Grant Project in an additional amount not to exceed $8,960.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4,330.00 to $13,290.00, and revising the Contract date from January 13, 2011 through December 31, 2011 to December 31, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
