12-3086 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Small Construction Contract between District and Redgwick Construction, Newark, CA, for the latter to provide additional slurry and changes to the striping of the site and the Brekkes in conjunction with the Claremont Middle School Landscaping Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $1,841.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $29,264.00 to $31,105.00 and extending the Contract date of June 27, 2012 through July 20, 2012 to October 31,2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
