12-3135 Acceptance by the Board of Education of California Department of Education Grant Award to the District for the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program in the amount of $452,578.11, providing additional funding for the serving of fresh fruit and vegetables to students outside of existing breakfast or lunch program, including allowing Nutrition Services to expose students to a wide variety of produce, including non-traditional items like cumquats, persimmons, etc, for the period of October 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.
