12-3134 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding - Transitions Data Initiative between District and the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC), Encinitas, CA, for the latter to collect District K-12 student data and be able to link such data to community college and university data through its data sharing agreements with pariticpating postsecondary institutions, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, for the period of October 15, 2012 through August 31, 2017, at no cost to the District.
