12-2801 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to 1) provide 12 gang prevention workshops for OUSD school staff and partner agencies as follows: (a) a total of 40 hours of training services shall be provided; (b) pre-post surveys shall be administered; (c) workshops will be scheduled and coordinated under the supervision of OUSD's Office of Alternative Education; 2) participate in quarterly Interagency Gang Prevention Collaborative with work groups; and 3) provide data as required for evaluation, for the period October 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
