12-3129 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and First Five of Alameda County, San Leandro, CA, reducing the amount of the grant available, previously accepted by the Board on January 12, 2011 (Legislative File No. 10-2911, Enactment No. 11-0091), from the latter for implementation of the School Readiness Initiative for children ages 0-5 through the Early Childhood Education Department, from $306,000.00 to $257,067.00, for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
