12-3115 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Madeline Hewitt-Reiter, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide 350 hours of supplemental instructional services for eligible and identified private school students, including providing effective and organize extended support services in reading, language arts, and mathematics to identified students; provide standards-based instructional support to students; work with other school staff to present compliant annual Title I Program meeting for parents; confer with parents as needed, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at St. Martin de Porres School, for the period October 15, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $17,500.00.
