12-2922 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract (PSC) between District and Apex Learning, Inc., Seattle, WA, for the latter to provide 220 hours of its Pilot Program for student credit recovery which includes (1) access to all Class Tools Achieve courses, (2) professional services including (a) initial program set up, (b) onsite and online professional development, (c) user support, and (3) student and teacher general studies materials, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland High School and Coliseum Preparatory Academy, for the period October 23, 2012 through February 22, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $11,000.00.
