R.-23 26-2133 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and BAMA Institute, LLC, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide accelerated career training for OUSD graduates and current Oakland Adult and Career Education students, by providing a CPR certification course and a didactic instruction phlebotomy course as well as the licensing exam and support, via Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of August 31, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $65,430.00.
