R.-12 26-2267 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 6, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide and implement the PEA Work Plan at Garfield Elementary School, including soil-vapor resampling, field investigation and sampling, preparation of the PEA Report, and support through the public comment period and final Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approval, as outlined in the Proposal dated August 21, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $123,886.00, which includes a contingency fee of $11,262.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $163,830.00 to $287,716.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
