R.-2 26-2041 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Star Elevator Inc., Belmont, CA, extending the term of the Agreement (Legislative File No. 26-1588, Enactment No. 26-1437, August 26, 2026) from July 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026 to December 22, 2026, an additional 52 days, for the latter to install a new submersible pump unit on the passenger elevator in order to bring the elevator into code compliance, for the Laurel Elementary School Elevator Upgrade Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
