R.-1 26-2033 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants, Alameda, CA, extending the term of the Agreement (Legislative File No. 25-1220, Enactment No. 25-0861, May 28, 2025) from May 29, 2025, through April 30, 2026 to December 30, 2026, by an additional Two Hundred Forty-Four (244) days, for the latter to provide material testing and inspection services for the Solar Photovoltaic Phase 2 & 3 Project at Horace Mann Elementary School, Oakland Academy of Knowledge, Madison Park Academy, Stonehurst Elementary School, and Laurel Child Development Center. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
