R.-32 26-2022 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Eric Span, Chula Vista, CA, for the latter to provide professional development, leadership coaching, and operational support to Nutrition Services Field Supervisors including two on-site visits per month to conduct training, field observations, and coaching, along with up to four hours of virtual consultation per week to provide follow-up support, address operational issues, and deliver supplemental training; train Field Supervisors on effective site visit execution, district standards, USDA regulations, operational compliance, leadership development, and strategies for achieving key performance indicators' work collaboratively with Operations Lead to strengthen supervisory practices, improve operational performance, mentor Site Leads, and build sustainable leadership capacity, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of August 4, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $54,890.00.
